Strata Resources is an advisory firm focused on structuring mining and metals opportunities in the Americas. Through longstanding relationships with mining and industrial companies, smelters, and refiners across Asia, we connect opportunities in the Americas with downstream demand.

We work directly with buyers seeking control of producing or near-production mining operations.
We facilitate structured, multi-year offtake agreements for industrial buyers.
We help industrial producers unlock value from underutilized material streams.
At Strata, we focus primarily on large, mature operations that are either (A) in production or (B) near production, with feasibility studies.
We can source development and exploration projects for buyers, however it is not our priority.
The buyers in our network are seeking control (51-100%) of large, mature operations.
Although we will consider development-stage projects, it is not our priority.
Our activity on the sell side has largely been in Central and South America, which continues to be our strength. We have consulted buyers from North America, the Middle East, and across Asia.

Direct infrastructure investment is not our focus. We may consider structuring deals involving infrastructure when it is tied to a producing or near-production mining asset, or a long-term supply agreement.
